| Founder and Partner, has been influential in cultivating the business opportunities that sparks the growth of the company since its inception. Mr. Walters a retired veterans of more than 20 years in the U.S. Army. Whild earning his General Contracting Licensing in 1987 and earning his B.S. Degree in Liberal Studies, and his MBA from Excelsior college from Albany, New York. He began his career as a carpenter while working wih his father whild in middle and high school. As an Investor of distress properties his focus has become bringing diffcult projects to fruition. He is a license home inspector for the state of South Carolina. Michael has held real estate license in both Minnesota and North Carolina. To this day, Michael a member of the South Carolina Builders Association, upholds the promotion, protection and the imporvement of the building industry. He has a vision to develop vibrant neighborhoods, where families could live, work and grow. Michael see's the power of vision for the growth of his organization and is active in all aspects of the business. |
